Instructions:

Assemble first one-sided ladder:

1) Screw down one 95 ½” UPRIGHT flat surface with a square side edge and flush with the square end of the surface.

2) Use the two 21” spacer blocks perpendicular at the top and bottom of the first upright to position the second upright and screw down.

3) Remove the 21” spacer blocks

4) Attach the 27 ¾” spacer block to the bottom of the two uprights

5) Lay out six of your 28” ladder rungs loosely across your two uprights.

6) Starting with the two 10 ¼” spacer blocks at the bottom held tight against the 27 ¾” bottom piece already attached, square up your first 28” ladder rung and attach with two screws for each upright.

7) Switch to the 12 ¼” spacer blocks to attach each of the remaining five ladder rungs.

8) Remove the 27 ¾” bottom spacer attached to the uprights.

9) Remove the screws holding the uprights to your flat surface.

10) Ladder complete.

Assemble the second, One sided Ladder:

1) Repeat all steps above.

Assemble the two-sided ladder:

1) Repeat all steps for one-sided ladder

2) Flip entire assembly over so ladder rungs already attached are facing down.

3) Reattach the 27 ¾” bottom piece to the assembly, flush with the flat surface.

4) Repeat steps 5 - 8 above.

Final Assembly of all three ladders:

1) Set the two-sided ladder on its side and the one-sided ladders on the outsides of the two-sided ladder on their sides with the ladder rungs facing in.

2) Insert the four 20” spacer blocks between the top and bottom ladders to hold the two outside ladders equal distance apart (use optional tool or long clamp or ask to help to hold the three ladders in place).

3) Attach two of the 44 9/16” top and bottom braces to the bottom of the ladders holding flush to the flat surface and flush to the outside of the one-sided ladders. Use two screws to attach the top and bottom braces to each of the ladder uprights.

4) Repeat step 3 to attach the remaining two 44 9/16” top and bottom braces to the top of the ladders.

5) Remove the 20” inside spacers

6) Attach the 44 9/16” x 96” plywood to the back of the assembled storage bin rack.

7) Optional: attach the 44 9/16” x 28” plywood to the top of the storage bin rack (for extra storage on top)

8) Slide assembly in position and securely attach to wall with L brackets.

9) Add storage bins!

As always, I’m just a Dad and this could have mistakes. Love, Dad
